RETURN/EXCHANGE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. plurHemp does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective.  An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at info@plurhemp.com to speak with a PlurHemp Sales Representative directly.  Any return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery confirmation. PlurHemp reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

SHIPPING
All orders will be prepared to ship within 24 hours of your order confirmation on business days and in 72 hours on weekends. All US orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once shipped, your order can take up to 3-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location. Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays. plurHemp does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages.
